Algemene voorwaarden
1. The first two lessons of any formula are always trial lessons. The student is then free to decide whether or not he or she wishes to continue the course. If the student wishes to continue, these two lessons will be included in the number of lessons ordered.
2. Postponing a lesson: if you are unable to take a lesson, it can be postponed without being lost, on the condition that the teacher or Head office are informed at least 4 hours in advance.
3. Length of formula: except in the case of force majeure or by special agreement with Phone Languages, lessons not taken within the agreed timetable will be lost.
4. The price of a cycle includes: teacher’s fees, telephone costs for calling a fixed line number, the Pedagogical Guidance Document, and Grammar Test. It does not include learning materials: 75€ per subscription
5. Lessons can only be given via the student’s fixed line number (see list of countries where the rates are the same) unless previously agreed with Phone Languages.
6. Following the two trial lessons, if the student continues the course without informing Phone Languages, he will automatically be invoiced for a “Standard” course of 30 lessons.
7. The invoice must be paid 30 days from the end of the month. After this date, the course will be suspended until payment has been received.
8. Language courses are exempt from VAT according to article 44 of the VAT code.
