Cancelling a course. A course can be cancelled without invoicing 4 hours before the planned schedule ;
Correction Service. Each trainee receives a digest of the common mistakes and corrections given during the telephone lessons ;

Final Report. A final evaluation is also taking place after each cycle ; it contains comments on and evaluation of : motivation and regularity of the trainee; efficiency of oral expression; quality of pronunciation and intonation; relevance of listening comprehension…
Initial Level Testing. Each cycle is preceded with an oral test over the phone (during the trial lessons) ;
Learning Rhythm. Three cycle lengths (30, 50, 100 lessons) and three learning density (Intensive, Standard, Open) are proposed by default ;
Mobility. Phone Languages courses are perfectly suited for your mobility and that of your colleagues; our trainers can call their trainees in more than 35 countries with any extra cost for you (« take your teacher with you ! ») ;
Native speakers. Phone Languages trainers are all native speakers of the target language of the course ;
Needs Analysis. Each cycle is preceded with a written language test (on request) and with a needs analysis ;
Objectives. Relevant initial evaluation enable the trainer to identify the learning profile and objectives of the trainee. Phone Languages trainer will consequently adapt his teaching methodology and material ;
On-line teaching material. Phone Languages extranet proposes each student to benefit from a personal web page (with ID + pass word) with own news, learning material, training planning, tasks as well as a shared multilingual terminology db and an on-line purchase module for linguistic material (09/2004) ;
Open Planning. The teacher calls the trainee at the each time agreed telephone number at the each time agreed time (35 countries available without extra invoicing) ;

Pragmatic Material. The lessons are based on our home-made or home-selected teaching material + pragmatic documents you are free to communicate to the teacher ; both teacher and student will exchange pedagogic material by all available channels (preferably by e-mail) ; the trainer will each time determine explicitly the various tasks of the student and the latter will see for feed back in due time before the lesson ;
Preparations. Our pedagogical team does insist on the necessary self-study investment in preparation for the course itself. One should consider half an hour preparation per phone lessons. Phone Languages trainer sees for precise tasks in that respect ;
Prerequisites. Language courses over the phone are perfectly relevant for genuine beginners ;
Service Availability. Courses can be taken between 8:00 and 22:00 ;
Training Follow up. Each month (abt. 15th) the training manager receives by e-mail a complete status report of all the trainees in his organisation ;
Transparency. Except otherwise stated agreed the final report is transmitted to both student and training manager ;
Trial lessons. Each trainee is free not to go on with his/her courses after the two trial lessons even though his/her organisation is already a customer of Phone Languages.
